Regular board meetings are held virtually via Go To Meeting on the third Tuesday of each month at 6:30 pm. All members of the association are welcome and encouraged to attend. Per the By-Laws Section 3.3 Participation by Unit Owners, as it is a board meeting the agenda is set by the board, owners are permitted to speak only on agenda items. You are required to let management know at least 24-hours in advance of the meeting. Owners who sign up will have 3 minutes to speak on the item.
The following forms are required by the association initially and whenever there is a change to your information (i.e. new car or pet, change in ownership, new tenant). Please also be sure the office has a current copy of your deed or lease:
